Schweizer Wurstsalat

  • 350 g bologna, thick cut
  • 150 g Swiss or Emmentaler cheese, thick cut
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cornichons
  • 50 g marinated peppers
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepperpinch of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Cut the meat and cheese into strips. Slice the onion very thinly. Cut the pickles and peppers into thin strips. Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients. Combine everything and let marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
